The National Election Committee previously announced that ballots will be mailed to all eligible voters on or about September 28.  It has now clarified that the mailing of the ballots may occur as early as September 18 and will continue until completed on September 28. This is to give the best opportunity to all members to receive, vote and return their ballot in a timely manner.
